SHIPPING POLICY

Note: Due to current global circumstances, delivery is likely to be delayed. Please allow for 3-5 days for suburban delivery and a little longer for rural destinations.

WE DO NOT INCLUDE AN INVOICE IN OUR DELIVERIES

In an effort to conserve paper, we do not include a printed invoice with our deliveries. Invoices and other correspondence are sent by email to the purchaser.

ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, or for any reason there will be a significant delay in dispatching your order, we will contact you to let you know.

 

If an order is placed after 10am on Fridays or during a weekend or a public holiday it will be dispatched on the next business day.

 

If an order is urgent, please contact us and we will help you get your product ASAP.

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING

Essentially Tamara delivers across New Zealand via courier. You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

DELIVERY ADDRESS

Orders are automatically dispatched to the address provided at checkout, please ensure the correct shipping address is supplied. Please provide a physical address for shipping as we cannot deliver to PO Boxes. Some addresses may have delivery restrictions that are beyond our control or delivery conditions that we are not able to meet. In these situations, we will contact you to come to a mutually agreeable solution.

 

Once your order has been dispatched, we cannot change the shipping address, but it may be possible for the courier company to redirect your order. In this situation we will give you all the details you need to contact the courier company directly to discuss your options.

ADDING TO AN EXISTING ORDER

If you would like to add to an existing order, please contact us immediately by email or phone with your order number so we can check if this is possible. Please note we are not able to your order if it has already been dispatched. Additional products ordered will need to be paid via Direct Banking to (avoid additional shipping charges) and will be added to your order once payment has cleared.

DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

Please note, weekends, public holidays, adverse weather events and infrastructural complications may cause additional delays to the delivery timeframes given below for both Domestic and International Shipping.

 

If for any reason we anticipate there will be a significant delay in your order arriving, we will contact you to let you know.

 

Orders sent within New Zealand are shipped via Courier Post and require a signature as proof of delivery.

 

Deliveries to rural and remote areas can take up to 4 days longer than the delivery timeframes given above, as rural deliveries are often handled by a third party.

 

Please note, due to the nature of the rural delivery network, consignments to rural locations may be left without signature or proof of delivery. As such, we cannot accept responsibility for lost or stolen items that have been delivered to rural addresses. We will however do our best to find a mutually acceptable solution if your order goes missing.
